A mix of slow and sweet yoga styles. A little Yin, a little Hatha, and a lot of stretching that is gentle on the body and soothing for the nervous system. Each posture is anchored in the breath and mindfulness. The class will close with a meditation leaving you refreshed for the week ahead. A great class for all levels- including beginners.
Please Note: Doors will open at 7 pm. The class will begin at 7:15 pm.
