Creating A Flexible Workspace
October 19, 2021 @ 9:00 am - 11:00 am
Flexibility in the workplace allows employers and employees to make arrangements about working conditions that suit them. This helps employees maintain a work / life balance and can help employers improve the productivity and efficiency of their business
A flexible work environment has many benefits leading to increased employee satisfaction and improving the morale. That in turn means employee turnover is reduced, plus the cost to recruit more employees and train new hires.
Flexibility on the technical side of the business allows employees to access files remotely or meet clients or members of their team anywhere as well.
At the beginning of the workshop we will focus on the HR considerations of creating a flexible workplace including flex hours, job sharing, part-time or remote work etc.
The second half of the workshop we will discuss the technologies side of a flexible workspace and see what options are out and what would be most suited for your business
