Tipsy yoga is an opportunity to try something new, and add a little more play to your practice. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi, or beginner, this class will have you smiling and finding your own balance.
Stephanie is a Registered Kinesiologist and Yoga Instructor. She took her first yoga class during grad school and was hooked immediately. Stephanie teaches Hatha yoga and incorporates a variety of modifications for her students. Her philosophy is to encourage her students to find more balance, both on and off their mats. Her specialty class -Tipsy Yoga does just that.
