SUMMARY:Rhythm & Ritual: A Cacao & Dance Experience
DESCRIPTION:We’ll open in circle with ceremonial cacao – warm\, grounding\, heart-opening\, and shared with intention. This is our moment to arrive\, drop in\, and tune the body and heart to the same frequency. A few breaths\, a simple intention\, a collective “okay… let’s go.” \nThen we let DJ N!X take the lead\, and our space becomes your dance floor. The music builds and the movement unfolds\, starting slow\, then playful\, pulsing\, and free. Guided at first\, then open to your own expression\, this is part ritual\, part release\, part dance party for your nervous system. \nYou might sway\, stomp\, shimmy\, shake\, or melt onto the floor. All of it belongs. There’s no choreography\, no talking once we’re moving\, and no judgment\, just beats\, breath\, bodies\, and presence. Move as big or as subtle as you want. Take breaks. Drink water. Lie down if needed. This is your dance. \nWe’ll close by easing the energy back down\, letting the music soften and the magic land\, grounded\, connected\, and glowing. Come comfy\, come curious\, ready to sip cacao\, and let your body take the lead.
