So many of our favourite restaurants have managed to deliver the goods when it comes to delicious eats, but now that they have safely reopened for patio and indoor dining half the fun of eating out is the experience of not being in your house! Here are a few of our favourite local restaurants that offer quality food and an experience worth leaving the house for.
1. Signal Brewing Company
Proudly found in the historic Corbyville distillery district, Signal Brewing Company is keeping the heritage of its buildings alive with great beer and world-class entertainment. Their beer is made with love, thought and passion and their food promotes farm-to-table values. Dine outside on their patio overlooking the Moira River, or sit inside the rustic Corby Distillery building that has been beautifully restored.
2. Capers
Located in the heart of Belleville since 1999, Capers has become the go-to restaurant for those seeking an exceptional meal in a comfortable atmosphere. They have a rotating seasonal menu with items that are great to share while chatting over a drink or treat yourself to a full-course dinner.
6. Paulo’s & Dinkel’s Restaurants
Two great restaurants side-by-side in historic downtown Belleville. In the summer, the Dinkel’s courtyard patio provides an oasis with its fountain and lush plants – great for al fresco dining! Paulo’s has large beams, an exposed limestone wall and Tuscany warmth with a wood-fired oven, so you can watch your pizza being made fresh.
