Experience a curated art crawl through Belleville’s gallery district, where history and creativity come alive. Presented in partnership with the QAC Cultural Hub and Gallery, John M. Parrott Gallery, Belleville Art Association, and Gallery 121, this unique event invites you to explore artistic interpretations of 19th-century Ontario life. Step into each gallery to discover historical artwork curated from the collection at the Glanmore National Historic Site, accompanied by scripted historical notes that bring the stories behind the works to life. Pick up a Gallery Crawl Card at any participating location, enjoy the exhibits, and collect a stamp at each stop for your chance to win a one-year membership to Glanmore. This year’s display features three new installations: an interactive snowman photo frame, “Belleville” ASL finger spelling sign and a special display honouring the Kort family.

​Join us for at Belleville Public Library for some chess fun! Players of all skill levels are welcome.

For children & youth aged 9 – 17. Children 10 years and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

The chess club meets biweekly on Thursdays from 5:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.

Open Mic Night @ Meyers Creek Brewing

Hosted by musician Ray Flood our Open Mic format style session is open to all levels, genres, music, instruments, poetry, spoken word storytellers and comedy. We hope you will join us for a well-deserved bit of mid-week fun. This is not a karaoke event, please contact Ray directly to sign up at (613) 827 5797 or simply show up and we’ll do our best to get you a spot! Please note the physical space is small and is best suited for acoustic performances of a solo or at most a duo. A bit on Ray; Co-founder of the former band Fretless, Ray has performed throughout the Napanee/Picton/Belleville area. Most recently, Ray has been busy hosting and running Open Mics and Mini Festivals in the Belleville and Colbourn areas. Ray’s easy going manner creates a fun event for performers and the audiences alike. He blends seasoned guest musicians while encouraging new talents to take the stage.
