This year’s display features three new installations: an interactive snowman photo frame, “Belleville” ASL finger spelling sign and a special display honouring the Kort family.
Join us for at Belleville Public Library for some chess fun! Players of all skill levels are welcome.
For children & youth aged 9 – 17. Children 10 years and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

The Quinte Arts Council is excited to host an exhibition for the great Robert Huffman! The QAC Cultural Hub will show a fine selection of Huffman’s incredible Canadian landscapes at the QAC Cultural Hub from December 5th to the 18th. Robert Huffman is a professional artist and has been painting the landscapes and towns of Canada for over 40 years. From rugged bush country to intimate villages, both subject and style vary. Robert works in oils, acrylic and other mixed mediums on canvas and paper. His paintings are marked by a distinctive personal style, featuring bold use of colour and bravura brush work.

Directed by Jeremy Alarie Written by Norm Foster Santa Claus tries to fulfill a child’s special Christmas wish while his staff attempts to overcome a supply shortage at the North Pole. This is a laugh-filled holiday play innocent enough for the youngest boy or girl, and entertaining enough for adults.
Cheryl’s passion is the art of creating the music, the words and melodies come easily to the talented folk/country artist, and she most enjoys recording her music in the studio. Cheryl worked at her music alongside raising her children, and was a single mother for a time after leaving an abusive relationship. She remarried, and her husband Jimmy, has been her rock of support, encouraging her from day one to get her music out there! Cheryl now performs both solo and with a myriad of talented musicians at various venues – performing at weddings, house parties, pubs, and patios from Peterborough to Prince Edward County.

The Parrott Gallery invites you to the Carpe Diem String Ensemble’s Christmas Concert “December Delights” on Saturday, December 6, 2025 from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. “December Delights” will bring you some seasonal favourites such as Corelli’s Christmas Concerto, Delius’ Sleigh Ride and an arrangement of Winter Wonderland.
