Calling all Gardeners!
Whether you are just starting out or are an experienced gardener, we have something for you. Here is your chance to learn about urban gardening techniques. Even if you only have a balcony, patio or small backyard – you can experience the joy of harvesting food that you have grown yourself. This is an opportunity to meet and talk with other gardening enthusiasts and exchange gardening tips on how to grow your favorite fruits, vegetables and flowers.
Admission is free- but donations are welcome. The event includes a seed swap table, special guest speakers & demonstrations, children’s activities, seed and gardening vendors, information on local community gardens and more.. Food and refreshments will be available.
This event is being brought to you in partnership with the Belleville Garden Club, Seeds of Diversity Canada, Belleville’s Green Task Force and Quinte Conservation.
