    Oscar Evans is a talented jazz musician hailing from a musical family in Kingston, Ontario. From a young age, Oscar was immersed in music, with his father, Spencer Evans, also being a musician. Together, they perform at a variety of venues around Kingston, including restaurants, tourist attractions, and private events. Oscar is excited to announce his forthcoming EP Gotta Start Somewhere, set to be released in December.
