    EARLY SUMMER SHOW – GALLERY 121 – JUNE 2nd– JULY 11th RECEPTION – JUNE 6th, 2026 The members of Gallery 121 are pleased to present their Early Summer Show, showcasing Guest Artists Emóke Wilson, Michael Amar and Featured Member Artist Cara Wilson. Cara is a multi-dimensional artist, whose primary medium is acrylic augmented with textural media and found objects. During her years as an international designer Cara absorbed a wide range of style influences and since retiring has embraced mixed media and is a creator of inspired landscape work. Cara has supported her development through local association memberships, and her paintings have been exhibited widely in the region. Emóke Wilson claims that art has been her best friend since childhood. Today she is also a Mixed-Media Artist, creating expressionistic, exclusive one-of-a-kind 2D and 3D works that are captured in unconventional works using bold colours, patterns and textures. Michael Amar is a well-known artist in the Hastings and Kingston areas where he has presented both solo and group shows, including at the Parrott Gallery. Michael is a master of many mediums including, but not limited to oil, sculpting, wood, copper, and inks.

Using her unique disco moves and singing talent to inspire the choir, Deloris breathes new life into the church and community but, in doing so, blows her cover.   • Nicholas Campbell and the Metre Cheaters

    UpFront Cafe – 313 Front Street, Belleville

    Get ready for an evening of live music with toe-tapping, heart-pounding, Rockabilly, Honky Tonk fun! Merging the sounds of rock n roll from the genres golden era with the countrypolitan sounds of the 1960s, at 20 years old Nicholas Campbell has gained himself a reputation as “the real deal”.

    Campbell first picked up the guitar at age 10 and was gigging by 11. Having found a fresh start during the pandemic, Nicholas began playing consistently with his band, The Meter Cheaters, who quickly rediscovered their groove as live shows began to become an option once again and they wasted no time in seizing the opportunity. The band worked to release Campbell’s debut album Livin’ and Other Western Ideas in 2021, combining elements of rockabilly, western swing, and good old-fashioned honky tonk. The result was a brisk, invigorating album that feels as fresh as it does familiar.

    In 2023 the band worked alongside James McKenty on the 2024 release of Gonna Have a Ball Tonight!, Campbell’s sophomore record; an eclectic collection of songs recorded live off the floor by McKenty. The band has enjoyed worldwide coverage and airplay since, spanning from across North America to Europe and beyond. 2024 also saw the release of He Said She Said, the first single from a third upcoming album.

    With the success of the first two albums, and new singles to come, Campbell and The Meter Cheaters have pursued a tour schedule of more than 195 shows a year, with highlights in 2025 being – multiple tours, working alongside Chris Spedding on “A Rockabilly Boogie”, a Tribute to Robert Gordon, opening for The Jim Cuddy Band, backing up recent JUNO award winners, Jake Vaadeland & The Sturgeon River Boys with Paul Brandt, and the anticipated release of Campbell’s 3rd album.

    The Parrott Gallery invites you to attend Stuart Campbell’s Third Thursday Presentation “Stories from Around the World” on Thursday, June 18, 2026 in the Third Floor Meeting Room. Meet Stuart and enjoy a hot beverage at 6:00 p.m. The presentation begins at 6:15 p.m. You are also invited to view Stuart’s photography exhibition on display in the Corridor Gallery until June 18th.   • Hand Building Pottery Workshops

    The Kiln Ceramics Studio 15 Memorial Marketplace Unit #4, Belleville

    Join us at The Kiln Ceramics Studio for a guided hand-building workshop hosted by local potter Sam from Sammich Ceramics!
    You’ll be guided on how to make your own piece from a lump of clay.

    You’ll build your piece and can choose to decorate it during the workshop.

    Your piece will be finished and fired by the team at The Kiln, and can be picked up once completed.

    Spots are limited to 6 people per class to ensure you have hands-on guidance as needed.

Using her unique disco moves and singing talent to inspire the choir, Deloris breathes new life into the church and community but, in doing so, blows her cover.
