    Meyers Creek Brewing 60 Dundas St E, Belleville

    Hosted by musician Ray Flood our Open Mic format style session is open to all levels, genres, music, instruments, poetry, spoken word storytellers and comedy. We hope you will join us for a well deserved bit of mid week fun. Please note the physical space is small and is best suited for acoustic performances of a solo or at most a duo. We are unable to accommodate musicians with keyboards, drum kits or band performances. Contact Ray directly to signup at (613) 827 5797 or simple show up and we’ll do our best to get you a spot!

    Meyers Creek Brewing 60 Dundas St E, Belleville

    Jack McAvoy is a dynamic solo acoustic artist specializing in rock, alternative, and folk covers. Known for his performances of familiar favourites by The Tragically Hip, Neil Young, Tom Petty, and more. With a rich background, including leading the Kingston-based alternative rock band Enrights that supported acts like Sam Roberts Band, Theory of a Deadman and The Trews, Jack brings big stage experience, stories and fun to small-town Ontario stages. He currently also plays lead guitar for the Belleville-based group, Cat Named Earl.

    Meyers Creek Brewing 60 Dundas St E, Belleville

    Melodi is an alternative/folk/soul singer-songwriter from Peterborough, Ontario. Her influences range from old jazz, blues and soul to the heavy, dark, indie folk of today. Her pensive, haunting, and occasionally sullen lyrics are expressed by an impassioned, soulful voice using playful melodies, resulting in a work of art that parallels the dichotomy between the realities of love and life. Melodi’s long awaited debut album, released in the fall of 2019, is a collection of bruised and tattered love songs, selected from the last 10 years’ work. She’s excited for this juncture in her art, and the new direction it will take.

    Meyers Creek Brewing 60 Dundas St E, Belleville

    Andrew is a local musician who has performed in a bevy of local acts over the last 16 years. Most recently, Andrew was part of ‘Enrights’, a local group who was chosen as Rogers Hometown Hockey band for Belleville in 2022. Andrew has shared the stage with Canadian legends such as Sloan, Sam Roberts Band, and The Trews. Andrew plays a cover-heavy setlist focused on the greatest hits of life, and big singalongs!

    Playing music from the 80s, 90s, 00s, and even some of of their favs from now. The Happy Ghost Gang have worked hard at honing their hunting harmonies and song selections to keep everyone happy and singing along. A little bit about Ghosts . . . Jess and Ben musicians from Belleville, Ontario, together are the Happy Ghost Gang. They have been recording their original music and performing select cover material around the area for a few years. The music they make has been described as rural noir, provocative and moody. Shortly after settling on the name The Happy Ghost Gang, Jess and Ben were signed to The KeeP Records in late 2022 and released an album of original material in 2023.

We met James this summer and fell in love with his unique line of small-batch hot sauces that focus on perfectly pairing heat and flavour using locally sourced peppers and ingredients. With a wide range of flavours to choose from, made with fresh peppers from Sunset Farms and Cabins in Prince Edward County, he has got something for everyone… In fact, James might just be introducing a brand new hot sauce for his visit to Meyers Creek Brewing.

  • Acoustic Jam @ Meyers Creek Brewing

    Meyers Creek Brewing 60 Dundas St E, Belleville

    We have had the opportunity to meet so many amazing musically inclined people who love to play but are looking for something more casual and cooperative than our open mic format. Join us for our unplugged jam sessions. Whether it’s a guitar, mandolin, cajon, ukelele, or other acoustic instrument players of all skill levels are welcome, or just come to listen and sing along! So how’s a jam different? – First off it’s not performance-based! A “jam” is any music played without preparation beforehand. This might mean that the music is undefined, simply put, the group is letting the music pick the flow of what is played next.

    Meyers Creek Brewing 60 Dundas St E, Belleville

    Award winning country singer/songwriter Deborah Lynn was born and raised in Stirling Ontario. Traditional country roots with musical influences in folk and classic rock paired with her incredible vocal talent consistently leave audiences wanting to hear more. Deborah Lynn started singing, playing guitar and sharpening her song writing skills from a young age. However, music was put on the backburner after college while she was a small business owner in Toronto. It was a fateful trip to Nashville that reignited her artistic passion and put her on the road to becoming a rising country music artist. There she had the opportunity to play the songwriter’s open mic at the iconic Bluebird Café and join the house band on stage for a couple songs at the famed Tootsies on Broadway. Proud CCMA and CMAO member Deborah Lynn released her debut single April 17th, 2020 called Revive a Ghost. It quickly rose to Number 1 on the Canadian Indie Country Countdown and was nominated for a Josie Award for best female country song. The Josie Awards, hosted in Tennessee, are the largest international Indie Awards show with upwards of 50,000 submissions annually. For Deborah Lynn, watching her debut single rocketing all the way to the top of the Canadian Indie Country chart cemented that decision to jump in with both feet.

    Meyeres Creek Brewing 60 Dundas Street East, Belleville, Canada

    We’re welcoming Victor back to our taproom! Raised in Eastern Ontario, Canada, Victor is one of eight children. He spent most of his childhood either climbing trees, or writing music. Soon music took over and for the past twenty years Victor has been writing his own material. His folksy sound and vocal range allow him to express himself through originals as well as a very wide variety of covers from Johnny Cash to Michael Jackson. Victor is also co-owner of a creative agency called eighty Twenty studio in Belleville, Ontario which acts as a second outlet for his creativity. Married to Jodi Cooper since 2004, he finds her to be great inspiration for much of his music.
