Belleville Festival of Lights launches Nov. 17

Belleville’s Festival of Lights launches on Friday, Nov. 17, 2023 at 5 pm at Jane Forrester Park (30 South John St.) with a grand launch-night event.

There will be live music by the talented Shirley Diane, an array of delectable food vendors, a special appearance by Santa and Mrs. Claus, and if the weather plays along, a breathtaking drone light show.

The Festival of Lights is more than just an event; it’s the unofficial inauguration of the holiday season.

Drawing thousands of visitors annually, it’s an essential experience for both residents and tourists alike.

This year’s annual display will introduce captivating new installations, including a gingerbread man, penguins, and an interactive snowman.
