The Belleville Lions Club has been hosting the annual concert series at the Lion’s Pavilion in West Zwick’s Park for over 30 years. The concerts are a community service project, and the Lions have received overwhelming support from the public. Join us Wednesdays and Sundays all summer long from 6:30pm – 11:30pm.

You will explore different meditation techniques including, but not limited to, vajrayana tradition, meditation of self-inquiry, tratak, etc. We’ll start at the top of the hour with an introduction of that day’s technique, followed by a discussion period (approximately 15-20 minutes), and wrap up with a sitting for about 30-40 minutes.
