Children will read individually to a St. John Ambulance therapy dog (and her handler) in our 1st Floor Program Room where young readers can feel comfortable, confident — and have fun! After all, a dog will not correct you or make you feel awkward if you stumble. For Beginner/Reluctant Readers ages 5 and up. *Queer Space* is an inclusive social gathering for members of the LGBTQ2SIA+ community taking place monthly at the Belleville Public Library. If you are over the age of 16 and looking to meet new people, make friends, ask questions, or simply spend an evening amongst other queer people, we’d love for you to join us.
