Children will read individually to a St. John Ambulance therapy dog (and her handler) in our 1st Floor Program Room where young readers can feel comfortable, confident — and have fun! After all, a dog will not correct you or make you feel awkward if you stumble. For Beginner/Reluctant Readers ages 5 and up. Sessions are 15 minutes each at 4:00, 4:15, 4:30, 4:45 p.m. To register for a session, call (613) 968-6731 ext. 2035.
