Meyers Creek Brewing 60 Dundas St E, Belleville

LIVE MUSIC: Melodi Ryan at Meyers Creek Brewing
Melodi is an alternative/folk/soul singer-songwriter from Peterborough, Ontario. Her influences range from old jazz, blues and soul to the heavy, dark, indie folk of today.

Her pensive, haunting, and occasionally sullen lyrics are expressed by an impassioned, soulful voice using playful melodies, resulting in a work of art that parallels the dichotomy between the realities of love and life.

Melodi’s long awaited debut album, released in the fall of 2019, is a collection of bruised and tattered love songs, selected from the last 10 years’ work. She’s excited for this juncture in her art, and the new direction it will take.

  • The Tin Cup Annual

NINE Golf 1915 Old Highway 2, Belleville

The Tin Cup Annual is a lighthearted golf tournament for all skill levels to help underprivileged youth in Hastings, Prince Edward, and Northumberland counties access sports and extracurricular activities.

Inspired by the beloved ’90s golf rom-com Tin Cup, in which roguish underdog Roy McAvoy qualifies for the U.S. Open using only his 7-iron, the tournament format requires participants to use only one club for the entire round.

Net proceeds will be donated to The Children’s Foundation Playing for Keeps program which subsidizes registration fees so that financial hardship isn’t a barrier for a child to participate. Because no child should miss out on the soul-crushing experience of a triple bogey.

    Tournament features:
    • Complimentary Golf Cart
    • Embroidered Tournament Hat courtesy of Northern Branding Co.
    • Door Prizes
    • Best Dressed Prize
    • Official Winner’s Trophy
