Visit the Quinte West Pop-ups, in Centennial Park, Trenton this Saturday, August 24th for Puppy Yoga with Mikenze at 2:00 p.m. & 4:00 p.m. + Puppy Playtime at 3:00 p.m.

Enjoy a Gentle Hatha Yoga Stretch, a 40 minute stretch-based Yoga class with time before and after to play with and snuggle the eight week old Golden Mountain Doodle puppies. Total Experience: 1 hour

Please note that this is an outdoor event so please ensure you wear a hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen. Yoga mats will be provided. Children ages 8+ are welcome.
