Ready, set, FLOW!
Every Wednesday, join me at Corby Hall for a flowy, fun yoga class that will have your body feeling amazing. A mix of seated, standing, balanced and reclined poses mixed with breathwork and meditation. The balance you have been looking for in a yoga class. There are modifications for all making this class accessible for all yogis and beginners alike.
Classes run Wednesday from 7:15-8:15pm.
Series, and drop-in options.
Mats and props are provided.
Please Note: Doors will open at 7 pm. The class will begin at 7:15 pm.
Studio Location is inside Corby Hall (formerly referred to as Henry’s or the River Inn, beside Signal).
