The Philippine Madrigal Singers, one of the world’s most awarded choirs and UNESCO Artists for Peace, continues their mission in upholding choral excellence and advocating music education. As ambassadors of goodwill, they aim to give inspiration for social good and transformation, and promote the message of tolerance and peace.
After 13 years, The Madz are coming back to Canada!
To celebrate their 60th year and to commemorate the 75 years of Philippine-Canada diplomatic relations, The Philippine Madrigal Singers embarks on a 3-month tour of Canada visiting the regions of British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Quebec, Ontario, and Newfoundland!
The Madz will also be one of the featured choirs at the Cantando Music Festival in Edmonton AB, Podium Choral Conference in Montreal QC, and HarbourVoices Festival in St. John’s NL.
The Madz, has graciously agreed to a Fundraising Concert to be held on June 1, 2024 at 7:00 PM at Centennial Secondary School Auditorium located at 160 Palmer Road, Belleville.
