Pop-Ups on the Bay was created to reimagine what a market could be — not just a place to shop, but a seasonal celebration of Belleville’s creative spirit. What began as a city-backed initiative to activate the shoreline has grown into one of the region’s most anticipated summer attractions.

We’re proud to host a dynamic rotation of vendors, food trucks, entertainers, and community collaborators — all set against the iconic backdrop of the Bay of Quinte. Whether you’re a weekend wanderer or a first-time tourist, you’re invited to connect, explore, and discover something new by the water.
