Do you have a desire to make something, but aren’t sure where or how to start? Do you ever find yourself doubting your own creative abilities? If you answered “yes” to any or all of these questions, our Finger Painting for Grown-Ups workshop is perfect for you. We’ll take you back to basics with this two-hour session that is designed for any painting experience level, but is especially perfect for anyone who is looking for a relaxing social activity. It’s also great for anyone looking to get their hands messy on purpose – something that a lot of us grown-ups have a hard time doing! This workshop will provide participants with: – A creative outlet in an intimate, judgement-free environment – A guided journey through the sensory experiences and benefits of finger painting – Freeform expression without the limitations and expectations of brushes or other tools – An exploration of finger painting as an exercise in mindfulness and self-regulation – An understanding of some basic colour theory concepts All materials will be provided, and each workshop participant will take a minimum of one art piece home with them!
