Scouts Canada Open House

Experience a day of interactive activities and engaging demos that showcase what Scouting has to offer. Meet leaders from groups in and around the Bay of Quinte area, ask questions, and see how Scouting helps develop well-rounded youth who are better prepared for the future. Whether you’re looking to sign up your child, explore volunteering opportunities, or you’re already part of the Scouting community and want to learn more, this event is for you. Bring the whole family and join in on the fun! Fun Activities: Roast marshmallows, make a paracord keychain, plant a tree, and race Kub Kars! Demonstrations: Join interactive demos on knot making, survival skills, and camp songs. Information Booths: View Scouting displays, collect info packets, and chat with group leaders. Uniform Kits: Try on uniforms for the perfect fit. Available for all sections in all sizes. All ARE WELCOME!

Belleville Festival of Lights

Jane Forrester Park Belleville

Take in the sights and sounds of the holiday season at the Belleville Festival of Lights! This beloved annual tradition features all kinds of beautiful lighting displays at Jane Forrester Park – now through Jan. 6. This year’s display will feature exciting new installations including a polar bear bench, and extended lights and snowflakes on the Bayshore Trail to the Shirley Langer Trail.
