Tyendinaga Terror Trail York Road, Deseronto, ON, Canada

The Tyendinaga Terror Trail is Back! Family Time: 5:30 PM – 8:00 PM $5 per person Teen/Adult Time: 8:30 PM – 11:00 PM $15 (ages 13 and under) $25 (ages 14 and up) This is a first-come, first-served event, and wait times may vary. The lineup is under a tent, but please dress appropriately for the weather. Food and Fun: Snacks, hot and cold drinks available for purchase Bouncy castles during daylight (weather permitting) Outdoor seating with heaters and a fire pit Photo opportunities and plenty of parking Entertainment: Family-friendly Halloween movies during Family Time Horror movies for Teen/Adult Time Tickets are cash only and sold in person. Gallery 121 – 2024 Fall Show

Gallery 121 is delighted to present our Fall Show with Guest artists Jacquelin Morin and James Walt. Jacqueline ‘s acrylic paintings are a fusion of Impression and Realism, created with loose brush strokes using vibrant hues. Much of her inspiration comes in her studio on Salerno Lake near Minden Ontario, hence the title of this show “Life by the Lake”. James Walt, A.K.A. “The Grumpsy Woodturner” lives in Quinte West. James craftmanship is self- taught; often learning through You Tube different ways to transform wood blocks into bowls and vases. He sees the hidden gems in these blocks and then works to bring them to life. The Featured Member Artist for this show is Dona Knudsen. Dona is an award-winning watercolor artist and a member of two Galleries in Belleville. Her subject for this show “Negative Spaces Positive Places” is nature and includes unique perspectives and interesting techniques to create her enchanting images. and glorious flowers

League runs Saturday mornings at 9am starting September 7, 2024 and runs until the end of April. We are located at Quinte Bowl-17 Roy Blvd. Belleville Registration is $40 and weekly lineage of $18. Classes take place at Eastminster United Church, 432 Bridge Street East on Saturday November 2 and Saturday November 9 from 10AM until 1PM. The cost is $40 for the two sessions. The event is free and open to everyone. Steve Burrows will be in the shop to sign his books and share stories of the different birding adventures he has had all over the world. Steve’s books will also be available for purchase at the store.

Night Kitchen Too – Belleville

Night Kitchen Too presents its first Double Feature: music and spoken word, Saturday, November 2. First, music that has been the mainstay for Night Kitchen Too for 11 years: Kyle Tripp, a local musician, who’s passionate about sharing his music with the community, has been honing his craft as a solo performer for several years. He plays a great selection of catchy country and rock songs. His guitar is accurate yet styled to complement his voice. Now, the spoken word artist, Darren Moore, who has quite a performing and writing resume and just launched his first book “Tatterdemalion” — a mesmerizing and emotional collection of poems written from the heart and published by Raggedyass Press (aka Peter Paylor). Darren’s words “… will force you to contemplate aspects of life, but even in the fierceness of some of his poetry there is gentleness”, said Peter Snell in the foreword to Darrens’ book. In fact, this show will have the most poetry/spoken word that we have ever had in a single show and will take to the Pinnacle Playhouse stage for the 91st time. Doors open at 7pm; show’s at 7:30pm. Stoned and Rolling was introduced to our audience in 2023 and have played 3 great shows since then! They are quickly becoming the fastest up and coming Tribute Band in the country! They put on such a great, high energy show that all Stones fans need to see! This is going to be a really fun evening and we can’t wait for another EPIC night with this band!
