A little Yin, a little Hatha, and a lot of stretching that is gentle on the body and soothing for the nervous system. Each posture is anchored in the breath and mindfulness. The class will close with a meditation leaving you refreshed for the week ahead. A great class for all levels- including beginners. Please Note: Doors will open at 7 pm. Bridging Communities – Crochet Circle
Quinte Arts Council 36 Bridge St. E., BellevilleWhether you’re experienced with crochet, or just starting, please join us as we create crochet, learn new skills, and work together. These workshops are hosted by local artist, Emebet Belete. Emebet’s current art project is Bridging Communities, a large-scale art installation where community members will create crochet, and cover the downtown Front Street Bridge in stripes, blocks and patterns! Over the past year, she has taught and involved students in six area schools in the art of crochet. Open for youth and adults, experienced and beginners, individuals, families and friends!
