Join instructor Tammy Smith for outdoor yoga at the scenic shoreline of South Potter’s Creek Conservation Area. Enjoy the calming influence of nature as you move through gentle yoga poses designed to help you unwind and reconnect. ‘Poses at Potter’s’ will take place on Tuesdays from 12:15 pm to 12:50 pm from September 17 – October 29, 2024 REGISTRATION REQUIRED. Tammy is the owner and founder of Satya Healing & Wellness located in Stirling, ON. She has a passion for helping others find peace and clarity, especially through nature-based yoga.
