Pop-ups on the Bay is back for the sixth season! Loads of great vendors, located on the beautiful Bay of Quinte. See all of the vendors on our site. The 2024 season will run from May 31 through September 15th. The First Annual Theatre in The Wings 10-Minute Play Festival

After reading one hundred and sixty eight entries from all across Canada, our judges have picked seven for The First Annual Theatre in The Wings Canadian National 10-Minute Play Festival: “Caleb and Rita” by Jessica Moss “Celebrities in Space” by Jessica Moss “Chute” by Guy Newsham Nothing to Get Hung About by Marc Coyle “On Beauty” by Dave Carley “Riverside” by Leslea Kroll “Worth Less” by Susan Rogers You’ll see them all on our stage at one time, featuring many of the region’s finest actors. It’s bound to be a great evening of theatre.

Royal City Soccer Club – Day Camps

The Royal City Soccer Club, a registered non-profit community organization, is proud to host their 32nd annual grassroots summer day camps.  The program is designed to promote personal development, team building and of course, FUN!  Uniquely designed to offer a more soccer focused morning with a leisure swim with other organized activities in the afternoon.  The program operates during all weeks in July and August for children aged 5 to 13.  For more information or to register, visit royalsoccer.com or call 1-800-427-0536.

Pickleball at Quinte Curling Club

Quinte Curling Club 246 Bridge Street West, Belleville

The 2024 Pickleball season at the Quinte Curling Club starts Monday, April 29 with new pricing and schedules. Sessions are open Mondays and Wednesdays, 10 am – noon and 6 pm – 8 pm. Drop in games are $9 each, including HST. For keen players, an unlimited play option is available for $200 including HST. The season will last 19 weeks excluding dates when the Club is unavailable: May 15, June 10, June 12, July 1, August 5 and September 2. Gallery 121’s Hot Summer Show

Gallery 121 is delighted to present their upcoming “Hot Summer Show” running from July 16th – August 24th. Our two Guest Artists for this event are Vaishali Vats, ( Her show is entitled “The ustic Rangriez”) a Zen painter who previously displayed her works in New Delhi . Joining Vaishali is Pam Baily Brown, a ceramic artist, whose beautiful glazes adorn interesting designs. Our Featured Member Artist is Ilse Nel Landers. In her show “Allure of the Landscape” she manages to capture the beauty and power of the natural world in her images. Please join us for a reception on Saturday July 20th, from 2 – 4 p.m. to meet Ilse, Pam ,Vaishali and our other eclectic Member Artists. The walls and plenths will be alive with a beautiful and interesting range of colourful works.

Of course, her very popular cards and prints will be available to purchase as well. On display in the Corridor Gallery from July 27 to September 14, 2024

Nick Cousins Stanley Cup Visit

Belleville’s Nick Cousins of the Florida Panthers will be bringing the Stanley Cup home to Belleville at the Quinte Sports and Wellness Centre. Bring your family and have your picture taken with him and the cup, and enjoy games, music, speeches, and more. Due to time restrictions, no autographs can be signed. A limited number of pre-autographed pictures will be available. The line for photographs will be cut at 2pm.
