Belleville Toastmasters Bi-Weekly Meeting

Nervous about speaking in front of others? Learn to speak with confidence at Belleville Toastmasters! The Belleville Toastmasters Club has been helping people in Belleville, Ontario & the surrounding region for over 50 years. Our aim is to provide practical communication and leadership skills to help members become confident public speakers, presenters and leaders. You will find members who are just starting out and others who have years of experience. We offer a very supportive and encouraging environment to allow members to achieve their goals and improve their ability to speak in public. From September through to June, we meet the first and third Tuesday of each month at 6:30 pm (and the fifth Tuesday of the month when it occurs). Our venue is St. Thomas Anglican, 201 Church St. (Entrance off Bridge St.) in Belleville, ON. We always welcome guests! Email bellevilletoastmasters@gmail.com or show up at the noted date and time.

Quinte Youth 10 pin Bowling League

Looking for a fun new sport for your child to try? One that is affordable and offers scholarship opportunities? Check out Quinte Youth 10 Pin Bowling League!! League runs Saturday mornings at 9am starting September 7, 2024 and runs until the end of April. We are located at Quinte Bowl-17 Roy Blvd. Belleville Registration is $40 and weekly lineage of $18. Auditions for THE WAYSIDE MOTOR INN will be held on Sunday, January 5, at 2:00pm and Monday, January 6, at 7:00pm at the Pinnacle Playhouse, 256 Pinnacle Street, Belleville, Ontario. Directed by Moira Nikander-Forrester, the play is the story of 10 ordinary people who find themselves at the wayside of their lives, wondering which turn to take. Their seemingly ordinary difficulties and conflicts build to dramatic conclusions in the hands of the playwright A.R. Gurney. Cast required are 6 men and 4 women, adults of all ages.
