Watch a local livestream video of the eclipse on YouTube

If you’d like an alternative way of viewing the total solar eclipse on Monday, April 8, how about staying home and tuning in to YouTube to watch a local, live multi-camera coverage?

The multi-camera video coverage of the event will be hosted by Scott Granville, and will feature special guests as they cover the event from Meyers Pier, overlooking the Bay of Quinte.

Local enthusiast Keith Sage will join with his Nikon P1000 camera, capable of giving watchers a close-up view of the eclipse in real time.

The broadcast will include a beautiful panoramic view as darkness descends on the Bay of Quinte and Belleville from a camera mounted on the 35’ mast on their remote production van.

Subscribe to Totality on the Bay to get notifications when the event goes live.

Totality will occur at 3:22 pm and will last for about three minutes.
